These steno notebooks are based on the history of using Shorthand from the Mid-Twentieth Century workplace. Secretaries would use these steno notebooks to take dictation from "the boss" to create formal business documents, like memos and reports.
Today, you can use these steno notebooks to take your own notes! The size (6 x 9 inches) is perfect for holding in your hands, complete with a heavy-duty backing to eliminate flimsiness. Also, the pages (60 total!) are green-tinted to relieve eye strain and are Gregg ruled to help you better organize your notes. There is even a latex red rubber band included to help you find your place quickly, just like secretaries would use!
